For your 1st, 2nd, or 3rd DUI,

But we can help you through it.

1st DUI Offense:

For a 1st DUI offense with a Blood Alcohol Level of 0.08% or more, you can be punished with up to 10 days jail time and pay a fine averaging at $1,500. You will lose your license for at least 90 days and will have an interlock ignition device installed on your car soon after. Usually alcohol education programs are also required in order to reinstate your driver’s license. You may also receive probation for up to five years.

2nd DUI Offense:

For a 2nd DUI offense, you can be punished with at least 90 days in jail and fines of over $2,800. Your driver’s license will be revoked for at least one year with an interlock ignition device being installed on your vehicle for a year following.

3rd DUI Offense:

If you are charged with a 3rd DUI within seven years, you face serious felony charges. A felony DUI is punishable with a mandatory prison sentence of four months, up to 12 years in prison, and fines up to $150,000. You will lose your driver’s license for three years and may be on probation for up to 10 years.

Extreme DUI:

An Extreme DUI is achieved by driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.15% or higher. In Flagstaff and Northern Arizona, an Extreme DUI is punishable with a minimum of 30 days in jail and fines averaging around $3,000. You will lose your driver’s license for a year. Upon reinstatement, you will drive with an interlock device for a full year.

2nd Extreme DUI:

Your 2nd Extreme DUI conviction carries even harsher drunk driver penalties, including at least 120 days in jail, fines over $3,000, a year-long driver’s license revocation, and the installation of an interlock device for a full-year.

Super Extreme DUI:

A DUI is referred to as a Super Extreme DUI if the person’s blood alcohol concentration is 0.20% or higher.  For the first offense of Super Extreme DUI, you are guaranteed a minimum of 45 days in jail, and for the second offense at least 180 days in jail, with fines over $3,200. A super DUI conviction will also result in an extended period of ignition interlock device and license suspension.
